Refunds
I reserve the full rights to only give refunds at my discretion. I will accept any reasonable request for consideration on the matter, but the final decision rests with me. By buying from my website, you agree in full to these binding terms of agreement.
Delivery
Where possible, I will include free delivery for the items in my website shop. Occasionally there will be an additional cost which will be added at the checkout process.
Delivery outside of the UK
Please contact me if you would like more information on delivery outside of the UK. Currently, unpredictable export taxes, differing delivery criteria and custom laws make sending out of the UK hard to arrange. Some countries are easier to send to than others, so please do check, I will send if I can. Im sorry, but any larger flower based products are NOT possible for me to offer delivery to the US at present.
In the event of sending items outside of the UK, I take no responsibility for the length of time it may take to arrive, unforeseen taxes, or damage that may occur in transit. If you would like to order and its possible to attempt sending something, then the customer takes full responsibility for all outcomes of the procedure once the item(s) have left my premesis.
